Our 20x20 frame tent covers 400 square feet, enough for roughly 64 people standing or about 40 seated at round tables. It is the tent we bring for graduation parties, backyard weddings, and any event where the forecast is a coin flip.
Frame tents need no center pole, so the whole space underneath is usable. We set it up and tear it down for you, and that is included in the price, not a line item on top of it.
